I got this for my daughter's 3rd birthday expecting her to be over the moon as she loves puzzles and the Gruffalo. She was indeed thrilled when she opened her present but has shown very little interest in the puzzle since. Her two older brothers (6 and 9) have tried the puzzle a couple of times and seem to like it. Perhaps she is still a bit too small for this or just found it too big. I think it's a beautiful puzzle and the pieces seem quite sturdy, so hopefully she will be more keen on it later.

could be made of slightly firmer material but aside from that does what it says on the box and my 2 year old loves it.

Why didn't I buy this before now? We got this in conjunction with the DVD and all three of our girls love it. The youngest at only 1 year old enjoys getting amongst it with her bigger sisters. Brilliant!!

I was really pleased with this jigsaw, which i bought as a Christmas present. It came in a sturdy box, rather than the flimsy ones which lots of toys seem to come in nowadays. It was also challenging enough to take a while to do. However, it may be a bit too easy for children over 5. Good quality and very good value for money.

Large pieces easy for little fingers to handle. 2 and half year old grandson loved it.
